Reporting to: Claims Manager
Responsible for liaising with insured clients, brokers, intermediaries, internal and external consultants to ensure all claims are handled within agreed SLAs. Working within the Claims Department and CII framework of ethics, assisting the Claims Manager and Claims Team Leaders in running and overseeing the day to day handling of all claims within the agreed SLAs..
The ideal applicant will have experience of working in a similar environment and have, or is working towards the CII Certificate.
This is a full time position from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
