All of our trainers are experienced and qualified in training and assessing IT competency. Our IT training courses are fully-funded through the Learning Skills Council and Train to Gain initiative. Choose any four of the following IT training courses...Completion of any four from the above IT training courses plus the mandatory unit makes an NVQ2 qualification for IT Users, or ITQ Level 2 qualification. What is a Level 2 NVQ for IT Users course?This NVQ course is a new, flexible, nationally recognised ITQ qualification that is tailored for those who wish to be trained in the IT skills they require. To enrol on the course you must meet the eligibility criteria below and either be employed or have work experience in the area of employment where you are using IT skills.
About our courses...
- All IT training courses are delivered at intermediate level.
- All IT training courses are held at employers premises (subject to numbers) using our laptops. No need to leave the office!
- Wage compensation is available to employers (subject to eligibility).
- Duration of IT training courses range from 5 – 10 weeks at one full day per week.
Eligibility criteria
- Learners aged over 19
- Must not be qualified to NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in any subject.
- All employees must hold a written contract of employment.
- Wage compensation is only granted for companies that have less than 50 employees.
- All employees will need access to a computer at work to enable them to submit assessments to the tutor/assessor.
- Learners should have basic IT knowledge.
