Tax Liability Cover (TLC35) is our comprehensive IR35 insurance, covering IR35 liabilities if found to be inside the legislation. Many of you hold this ‘peace of mind’ policy and it’s been our most popular policy for nearly a decade.

There are obviously a few small conditions:

• The client you refer must buy a full TLC35 policy, having passed the online application
• Payment will be made 30 days after the inception of the policy, providing it is still in place
• The offer can not be backdated to previous referrals
• To refer a client you must hold a live policy or product with us
