About Qdos

The origins of Qdos can be traced back to 1988 when Ron Gould and Debbie Rossi started a VAT consultancy business.  During the 90s Qdos became brokers of Tax Enquiry Insurance and by combining consultancy and legal fees Qdos were able to market 'prevention and cure' products.

Since entering the legal expenses market Qdos has introduced a number of innovations, being the first to provide 'Aspect enquiry cover', the first to provide IR35 cover and to devise a completely new concept of 'Tax Liability Cover' which combines traditional legal expenses with an automatic compensation for tax, interest and penalties should our approved documentation and advice prove incorrect.

Qdos Consulting now provides business compliance and insurance services to freelancers, SMEs, the accountancy profession, trade associations, and affinity groups in human resource, employment law, health & safety and of course tax and VAT.

Qdos has a range of products and services involving these areas of expertise. Many of the products are backed by a telephone and email advisory service, web based template documentation, consultancy and legal expenses insurance.
