Qdos Commercial Legal Expenses Insurance Policy provides cover for the main risks faced by businesses today.

A standard limit of indemnity of £75,000 applies to our Commercial Legal Expenses Insurance Policy, however, we are able to provide higher limits of indemnity of up to £250,000 if required.

Limit of indemnity:
£75,000 any one claim per section of cover
Lower limit of £10,000 applies in respect of Insolvency Fees claims
Lower limit of £100 per day, £1,000 maximum per claim applies in respect of Jury Service claims

Excesses:
Nil excess applies as standard, however, an increased excess of £2,500 applies in respect of any claim where the policyholder appoints their own choice of representation instead of Qdos' panel representative.

An excess of £1,500 applies in respect of Insolvency Fees claims.

Once you have added Qdos Commercial Legal Expenses Insurance to your shopping basket you will be required to register for a Qdos account. Once registered you will be asked to complete a short application form where you can decide whether you want to take out cover with, or without, Contract Cover. 

Our system will provide a quotation based on the answers you provide in the application and will give you the opportunity to pay online, over the phone, or by cheque.

As soon as your premium has been paid we will issue your policy documents via your Qdos account.
