The insurance is run on a 'claims made' basis. This means that you renew the policy annually and will be covered if you have the insurance in place when you receive notification of an enquiry. Retrospective tax years are insured.

2. Insurance of fees up to £50,000 incurred representing you in defence of:
- An IR35 dispute
- A PAYE/NIC dispute
- A VAT dispute
- A HM Revenue & Customs aspect enquiry

- A Section 660A dispute
3. Includes weak cases to Commissioners’ Hearing if required.
4. You will also automatically be enrolled in the Qdos Freelance Club Plus.
